IEC60529 / IS020653 IPX9K Water Spray Tester Road Vehicle IP Waterproof Test Device
I. Overview of functions.
The equipment conforms to DIN40050-9 road vehicle IP waterproof code, GB4208-2017, IEC60529-2013, IS020653:2006, road vehicle IP waterproof code standard, the main use is the road vehicle electrical components IPX9K waterproof test, simulation of natural environment or artificial high-pressure car wash designed for waterproof test equipment. The water pump adopts Italian imported high pressure high temperature plunger pump, the motor adopts three phase asynchronous motor, the pump in and out of the pipe are connected with high pressure hose, the water tank is designed for 70L, according to the test requirements, a cycle of 120S, in the case of not circulating water to ensure the water supply.

11, water pump: Italy imported high pressure high temperature water pump, control valve using high temperature high pressure piston valve control each nozzle work, electronic pressure sensor output pressure value, turbine flow meter output flow value, water flow through the frequency converter control booster pump speed to achieve the required water flow, change the frequency can reach different water flow also pressure, to achieve automatic control.

13,Control: each nozzle works 30S, 4 angles work 120S in total, control the speed of booster pump by changing the frequency of inverter to achieve the set flow and pressure, all data are converted to the control panel through the transmitter for display.
